How do I get started?+

Pick a plan and start your 7-day free trial, no credit card needed. During onboarding you'll add the content and identities you want protected, and NullScene begins scanning immediately.

How long until I see results?+

Detection usually surfaces leaks within hours of onboarding. Confirmed leaks are typically removed within 48 hours, depending on the host.

What content can I protect?+

Photos, videos, and brand assets tied to your creator identity. You can protect multiple identities depending on your plan.

What happens when content is re-uploaded?+

Monitoring stays active after each removal. When a copy reappears, it's detected and a fresh takedown is filed automatically, you don't have to do anything.

How do you handle counter-notices?+

If an uploader disputes a takedown, we review it and escalate appropriately, including to legal partners on higher tiers. You're kept informed throughout.

Can I cancel or change my plan?+

Yes, plans are month-to-month or annual, and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your dashboard.

Is my information kept private?+
