NullScene provides automated content-protection services, including detection of unauthorized copies of your content, filing of takedown notices, and ongoing monitoring.

We make reasonable efforts to remove infringing content but cannot guarantee that any particular piece of content will be removed, or removed within a specific timeframe, as removal depends on third-party hosts and platforms.

You represent that you own or control the rights to the content and identities you ask us to protect, and that you are authorized to request takedowns on their behalf.

You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the service to submit fraudulent or bad-faith takedown requests.

By protecting content with NullScene, you authorize us to act as your designated agent for the purpose of submitting takedown notices and related communications to hosts, registrars, and search engines.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Free trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends.

You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period except where required by law.

You may not use the service to harass third parties, suppress lawful content, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the service.

The service is provided 'as is.' To the maximum extent permitted by law, NullScene is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
